Second Time Lucky for Rosie and Will
Rosie and Will are one of the loveliest couples I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Their story dates back to their childhood when Will used to walk Rosie home from school. Later they parted ways and did not keep in touch. But as fate would have it, the two found each other on Facebook years later and decided to meet for coffee. And it was then that they fell for each other all over again!
Our beloved Rosie has four gorgeous daughters and Will is extremely close to them. As the wedding photographer for the couple, I could easily see the intimate connection between the members of the family. The venue for this dreamy wedding was the royal Ravenwood Hall, set in seven acres of peaceful and isolated Suffolk countryside on the outskirts of Bury St. Edmunds. The origins of this hall date back to Henry VIII’s reign. I’m a Bristol-based wedding photographer and despite the distance, I was absolutely thrilled to shoot a wedding at such a spectacular venue. I believe that good wedding photography is largely dependent on the choice of venue and the natural backdrop. And Ravenwood Hall fulfilled these criteria to a 100 percent! I’m still awestruck by the enchanting wedding of Rosie and Will that took place on January 17, 2015.
